Things have been pretty slow around the DZ lately. The season seemed to come to a stop about two weeks ago. We were able to get 22 PAC loads up on Saturday before the winds kicked up and Sunday was extremely windy.

The only good thing about being slow was it gave us plenty of time to get the Otter prepared for Mexico. Dan worked for over 2 weeks to get the Otter 100% ready for a 7 month road trip. Special thanks to Dan for all of the hard work! Kro left last Friday and went thru Mexican customs on Saturday morning. He showed up at Skydive Cuautla and they put him right to work. The first weekend of the Otter is always a big event for Antonio and the gang. Initial reports are very positive and it's looking like business is going be even stronger than last winter.

We have a big weekend planned. We will be jumping the helicopter all day Saturday. Jumps are only $39.99! Also, Saturday night is the annual Halloween Bash in the north hangar - the heat will be on! Don't forget about the pool tournament. Start time is 8:30am. The forecast has been getting better for Saturday all week long. Be here, you will be jumping! Sunday looks great!

With winter approaching, there are a few housekeeping issues we need to address. If you have a locker at CSC, you will need to empty out all contents no later than November 18. We will not be opening the doors once we shut down. Please let Manifest know if you would like to renew your locker contract for 2008. Also, if you have an RV here, you will need to make arrangements for them to be removed no later than the 18th as well. If you are looking for winter storage, please contact Doug. Don't forget that we can also accommodate motorcycles, jet skis, cars, etc.

We are getting caught up on things in the office and starting to put together another huge season for 2008. We have big plans and are very excited about where things are headed here at CSC!

We are getting more and more people signed up for the New Years Boogie in Puerto Escondido, Mexico. It's going to be a great time!
